How the automation works
The document arrives
An invoice or receipt lands by email, via EAN/NemHandel or as a photo from a phone.
The AI reads it
Amount, VAT, date, supplier and invoice lines are extracted — even from awkward PDFs and images.
Posting is suggested
Based on the supplier and your chart of accounts, a posting is suggested; known suppliers are matched correctly from the start.
Discrepancies are flagged
Amounts that do not match agreements or orders, duplicates and unknown suppliers are marked for manual review.
Ready as a draft
The document sits posted as a draft in your accounting system — you approve it, and that's it.
